Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using any products or services offered by Shree Biligiri Rangaswamy Soligara Samskarana Sangha (“we,” “our,” or “us”) under the brand Adavi. By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to abide by these Terms. 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our food products or services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our products and services. 

2. Food Product Orders

Product Availability: Our product offerings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase and to discontinue products at any time without notice. 

Warranty: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

Pricing: Prices for our food products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time of your purchase. 

Payment: We accept various forms of payment- details You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order. 

Shipping: We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please review our Shipping Terms for more information. 

    • Processing and Delivery Times 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, for destinations within the State i.e., Karnataka. Other states’ shipping would take 7 – 15 business from the date you place the order. There could be delay in delivery timeline if there is a high volume of orders or local or National holidays or inclement weather.

    • Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message over WhatsApp with a tracking number to track your order via Delhivery.One- our logistic partner.

3. Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information; however, errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. Without limiting the generality of Cancellations, Refunds and Returns below, if a product / service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, we shall have the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/ service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been availed by you. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, we may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered and the services are availed, your offer will not be deemed accepted and we will have the right to modify the price of the product/ service and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that we accepts your order the same shall be debited to your account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your account.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERRED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. 

We may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at any time. In the event, we are unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. We shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

4. Use of Our Products

Safety: You agree to follow any product handling and storage instructions provided with our food products & Other Products to ensure their safety and quality. 

Allergen Information: We provide details of the ingredient used in the product.; Kindly, review the allergen information based on your dietary needs and allergies. 

5. Return & Refunds

  • Once the seal is removed, we won’t accept return of any of our products. 
  • Refund /Exchange is only possible in the event of damage of products during shipment. 
  • The damage should be reported within 24hrs of receipt of the product with photos to adavintfp@gmail.com and email should have the following details:
    • Details of the product you want to return
    • Order Number
    • The Product photos, if damaged
    • Bank account details as per the passbook for refund:
      • Bank Account Name
      • Bank Account Number
      • Name of the Bank
      • IFSC code
      • Branch Name
      • Type of account
  • If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation via email and will be replaced at no extra cost or refund will be initiated to the provided bank account, whichever is desirable to the customer within 24hours of receipt of returned product, however it might take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account
  • If for whatever reason, you have not received funds beyond 15 days, please contact adavintfp@gmail.com.

6. Cancellation Policy

To cancel the order, write email to adavintfp@gmail.com within 24 hours and the email should have the following details:

  • order number that you want cancel
  • amount paid along with the date
  • bank account details as per the passbook for refund:
    • Bank account name
    • Bank account number
    • Name of the bank
    • IFSC code
    • Branch name
    • Type of account
  • The refunding will be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of cancellation email; however it might take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

You cannot cancel any order after 24 hours of placing the order.

7. Intellectual Property

All contents: Audio- Visual and photographs, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and products are the property of Shree Biligiri Rangaswamy Soligara Samskarana Sangha or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Biligiri Rangaswamy Soligara Samskarana Sangha shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.

Your use of our products and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
